The "tribal hippie underground zone"  (aka The THUGZ) are a Sonoma County favorite for decades. Based in West County, this multi-faceted band has delighted music fans of all ages and tastes. Rock, blues, country, psychedelic and various world music styles blend together at a Thugz show to bring the "positive vibes" of the "60's into the 21st century. Informed by the music of Bob Dylan, the Grateful Dead, the Beatles, Miles Davis and others the Thugz' original songs and cosmic jams help to create a fun, communal spirit between band and audience.

The band has played all over Northern California and beyond, including the San Francisco Giants Grateful Dead Night, the Skull & Roses Festival  and many years playing for Wavy Gravy's Camp Winnarainbow Adult Camp Dance.

No two Thugz shows are exactly the same but the spirit and love of music making are always present. We’re thrilled that THUGZ return to OCA for this year’s Halloween Dance!

Casual Country was formed from a ‘casual coalition’ of musicians that joined in a jam together at Terrapin Crossroads several years ago, and features super talented musicians. This psychedelic outlaw style jam group will impress you with their clever renditions of familiar favorites and their jammy originals.  Along with performing some of country's greatest songs, the band also explore deeper cuts that are often overlooked by the mainstream but carry the same excellence in songwriting.  A few new original country songs have emerged as well, making their way into the sets each night. Don’t miss this chance to see one of Marin County’s most popular bands at OCA!
