Solid Air is a music group based in Sonoma County, led by co-founders Allegra Broughton (vocals, guitar), and Sam Page (vocals, bass, baritone slide guitar), native Californians who have been performing for over thirty years at fairs, festivals, clubs, concert stages, wineries, coffeehouses and private events. Called “One of the North Bay’s Brightest Gems” by KPFA’s Larry Kelp, Solid Air presents top-notch original songs and eclectic covers from jug band to cajun to classic rock and roll.
Heartwood Trio ‘stands tall’ in Sonoma County as a band known for its’ fine original songwriting and stellar three-part harmonies. Founding members Dave Monterey and Tim Sheehan share a longtime musical brotherhood, having performed together for decades with various Bay Area bands, most recently as The String Rays (2010-2018). Emily Lois joined with them in 2018 by way of a chance meeting in KRCB’s green room during an NPR fundraising drive. Emily‘s artistic talent and energy has raised the level of creativity and performance to an even higher bar.
